Raising prices can bring desired results

Old Dominion Concierge, LLC is up and running and clients are streaming in!  The plan is to grow our client list with working professionals and busy moms living in the Loudoun County community. 

But, there are some clients that you may want to stare clear of.

Granted filling the hours on the daily schedule is critical, but keep in mind not everyone will be able to afford your services.  No matter how much they want to be an individual that hires a personal concierge they will have a hard time justifying the cost.  In the end these folks are more trouble to deal with and will require extra attention, this will take valuable time away from your truly desireable clients. 

So, pricing is key to aquiring and retaining your desired client base. 
Sure, some customers will complain, and others might take their business elsewhere. But there’s a good chance you don’t want those kinds of customers, anyway. say Jason Fried author Inc. Magazine.
