Virginia to Host One of Only Three U.S. Stops for Picasso: Masterpieces from the Musee National Picasso, Paris

(October 6, 2010)  The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts will host Picasso: Masterpieces from the Musée National Picasso, Paris, February 19 – May 15, 2011 - making it one of only seven museums in the world, one of only three in the country and the only museum on the East Coast where art lovers can see rare works from one of the greatest artists of modern time.
